All HEINE dermatoscopes come with a 10 year parts and labor warranty. (This excludes disposable and consumable items). Your warranty begins from your date of purchase. The warranty for parts and labor, will be honored by the manufacturer ( HEINE ) based on the condition, proper use of the device, and following the operating instructions. The warranty does not cover loss, damage due to wear and tear, negligent use, hard impacts, missing parts, water damage, lithium rechargeable batteries beyond 1 year, scratched or chipped lenses, unauthorized repairs, improper cleaning, or incoming shipping damage.

Your dermatoscope will also feature a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.  All HEINE Loupes and lighting come with a 45 Day Money Back Guarantee.

Returned Items Policy

If you need to return an item, returned items are subject to the following terms:
All products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

A refund will be made for returned products less actual cost to ship the product(s). A 100% refund will be made for defective or incorrect items.

Products must be returned in new and unused condition and must include any and all product packaging, instruction manuals, and accessories or may be subjected to a restocking fee.

Refunds will be applied as a credit to the credit card used for purchase.

Use proper packaging to prevent damage to the box and product during return shipment.

Shipping Errors and Damage

Errors and damage during shipment need to be reported to us within five days of receipt.

We do not accept credit cards registered outside of the USA.

Shipping via UPS ground is included for all orders.  Expedited options may be available at checkout. If you have special needs for shipping, please call us for a quote. Orders are usually shipped within one business day.
