Warranty & Repair

All HEINE dermatoscopes come with a limited 10 year warranty from date of purchase. The warranty, for parts and labor, will be honored by the manufacturer ( HEINE ) based on the condition and proper use of the device and following the operating instructions.  They also feature a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.

All HEINE Loupes and lighting come with a 45 Day Money Back Guarantee.

Please note that all parts and accessories have a 1-year warranty. Warranty for 3rd party cameras are based on and covered by camera manufacturer only. During the warranty period, defects in the device will be repaired free of charge as long as the malfunction is due to defective material or workmanship. HEINE products with any manufacturer defects will be replaced within 30 days of purchase. The warranty does not cover loss, damage due to wear and tear, negligent use, hard impacts, missing parts, water damage, lithium rechargeable batteries beyond 1 year, scratched or chipped lenses, unauthorized repairs, improper cleaning, or incoming shipping damage.

Returned Items Policy

If you are not totally satisfied with your HEINE product, please contact us. We are here to help! If you need to return an item, returned items are subject to the following terms:
First call HEINE at 800-367-4872 for a return authorization. HEINE will provide you with a shipping label to return the products back.

All products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
A refund will be made for returned products less actual cost to ship the product(s). A 100% refund will be made for defective or incorrect items.
Products must be returned in new and unused condition and must include any and all product packaging, instruction manuals, and accessories.
Refunds will be applied as a credit to the credit card used for purchase.
Use proper packaging to prevent damage to the box and product during return shipment.

Please include a copy of the packing slip with the return and state the reason for the return.

Shipping Errors and Damage

Errors and damage during shipment need to be reported to us within five days of receipt.

We do not accept credit cards registered outside of the USA.

SHIPPING TO CONTINENTAL USA

Shipping using UPS 2nd Day Air is included for orders over $300, otherwise UPS Ground is available for $15.00. Expedited options may be available at checkout. If you have special needs for shipping, please call us for a quote. Orders are usually shipped within one business day.
